Only those of us who still had the legacy download were able to replace it until Evernote began back-peddling following the huge backlash of complaints. It immediately deleted and replaced the legacy app. Evernote didn't release a 'work in progress,' they release the new version. I appreciate your stance on the product and it's true that the legacy version still works for most people, but let's be honest.
Premium subscriber since 2009 so this is painful. Have exported every notebook as of this morning and have tested Notion and Apple Notes thus far as potential replacements. I'm still using the legacy MacOS desktop client.
I was especially pissed off to discover at some point the ability to access web notes via mobile had been taken away as well, again, while standing in the store trying to recall what I went there for. This latest version has crippled a major usecase for me, which is having the ability to pull up notes while on the go (for example, the everloving shopping list that suddenly refused to load in the grocery store yesterday). This is on an iPhone 11 Pro, on wifi and on cellular.
There doesn't seem to be a correlation between a note failing to load to the size or complexity of the note (for example, a short note containing just text vs a long note containing tables and images).

For extra fun, sometimes after a delay ranging from 30 - 60 seconds, the full note will load but not always. In iOS, text snippets display under All Notes but clicking on the snippet sometimes displays the full note but just as often displays a blank page. For me, it's a coin flip if the most recent release of the iOS version will display some, all or none of any given note.
